Rules of the Road
- Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is taken at pickup — ₹4,000 to ₹6,000 depending on the bike — and returned with the keys, less any damage or extra kilometres.
- Licence
- Bring your original driving licence and a physical photo ID (Aadhaar or passport). Only the rider named on the agreement may ride.
- Kilometres
- Unlimited kilometres on every bike except the Classic 500, which includes 250 km a day; extra kilometres are charged per km at return.

Before embarking on your long-haul expedition to Spiti or Ladakh, Naggar offers fantastic local routes for a test ride. Cruise up the winding roads to the historic Naggar Castle for panoramic views of the valley, visit the Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery, or take a thrilling ride through dense deodar forests to reach the beautiful Jana Waterfall. The smooth, winding tarmac running parallel to the Beas River is perfect for an afternoon cruise. After a day of riding, you can unwind at local spots like the German Bakery, swapping route updates and stories with fellow riders.
When you are ready to conquer the mountains, our garage in Naggar positions you perfectly. You are just a short ride away from the Atal Tunnel and Rohtang Pass, making this the ideal starting line for the rugged terrains of Lahaul, the challenging Spiti Circuit, and the legendary road to Leh-Ladakh.

- By air
- Nearest Airport: Bhuntar Airport (Kullu-Manali Airport), located about 30 km south of Naggar. The Journey: From Bhuntar, you can hire a local taxi or catch a bus heading towards Manali, getting down at Patlikuhl or Kullu, then taking a short local transit up to Naggar. The drive takes roughly 1 hour.
- By train
- Nearest Railway Station: Joginder Nagar Railway Station is the nearest narrow-gauge terminus (approx. 135 km away), but most long-distance travelers prefer arriving at Chandigarh Railway Station (approx. 275 km) or Ambala Cantt. The Journey: From Chandigarh or Ambala, you can take an overnight Volvo bus or hire a cab straight up the Kiratpur-Manali highway to reach Naggar. The drive takes about 7 to 8 hours.
- By bus
- Nearest Bus Stand: Manali Bus Stand or Kullu Bus Stand, with frequent drop-offs right at Patlikuhl (just below Naggar). The Journey: Volvo and state-run buses run daily from Delhi (ISBT Kashmere Gate or Majnu-ka-Tilla) and Chandigarh to Manali. Ask the driver to drop you at Patlikuhl, from where Naggar is just a 15-minute uphill drive.
- By road
- The Drive In: The route via the Kiratpur-Manali Expressway and the Atal Tunnel makes driving exceptionally smooth. From Chandigarh, take NH 154 through Mandi and Kullu, then branch off towards Naggar via the left-bank road to completely bypass the heavy Manali traffic. The road is fully paved, though night driving requires caution near landslide-prone stretches in the lower valleys.

Mid-June to early October is the prime riding season when high-altitude passes like Rohtang, Kunzum, and Ladakh routes are fully open. September is the absolute sweet spot with clear skies and minimal water crossings. November to May is off-season as high-altitude passes remain blocked by heavy winter snow.
